Chemical Plant Demolition and Investment Recovery
 Location: Fort Saskatchewan, AB Interior demolition of the Classification Building including removal of all old process equipment remaining on site from the previous owner (vinyl plant) and retrofit the plant to accommodate new owner's chemical’s processes. Along with various structures demolished thought out the site was the reaction building and a classification building. The project also included the drop of the VCM tower (steel lattice structure housing various piping and tanks). An investment recovery program was implemented for various small items and scrap metal. The project was completed on budget and two weeks ahead of schedule. |
